Ground Floor

The ground floor comprises a comfortable lounge with oak-beamed ceiling and granite fireplace, furnished to a high standard, including satellite TV with news/children's channel etc. The kitchen/diner, adjacent to the lounge, has been well equipped and incorporates a dining area with a 16-seat farmhouse table. The ground floor also includes a double-bedded room and a shower/toilet utility room.

First Floor

Stairs from the lounge lead to a landing, 2 double-bedded rooms, 1 bedroom with 2 singles, a family bathroom with toilet, bidet and basin, and a separate toilet and handbasin.

Top Floor

Stairs to the top floor lead to a further 3 bedrooms (1 with 3 singles, 1 double, 1 with bunk beds suitable for children only), a shower/toilet and separate toilet with handbasin.

All bedrooms are well furnished. A single bed can be added to double bedrooms

Kerargon is well furnished and spacious.

The property is set down a private drive, with safe grounds for children, a large garden area to the rear, ample parking and a gravel courtyard to the front.

Electric and gas for hot water, lighting and cooking are included in the rental. Heating, if required, is at cost. Bed linen is available for hire (sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases, but not towels).
