The ground floor comprises a children's TV room, 1 double bedroom, 1 three-bedded room, bathroom and separate toilet with handbasin. The first floor has 1 three-bedded room, 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room.

The property is set down a private drive, with safe grounds for children, a large garden area to the rear, ample parking and a gravel courtyard to the front.

Electric and gas for hot water, lighting and cooking are included in the rental. Heating, if required, is at cost. Bed linen is available for hire (sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases, but not towels).
