Information on how to reach Kerargon from the dual carriageway at Quimper will be sent to you on receipt of the balance of your payment and damage deposit (£200), 8 weeks before your departure. A separate cheque is required for your damage deposit please. There is an information pack at the property about local facilities which we recommend that you read. Satellite TV is available - subject to no technical problems with receiving the transmission.
The Damage Deposit (£200) should be made payable to L.L.COLLINS. The rental cheque should be made payable to KERARGON.
Please note that a charge will be made for heating if required.
1. Booking form
To reserve the property the client should complete and sign the booking form and return it with the deposit after first ascertaining that the required dates are available. After this we will send a letter of confirmation. The party leader should complete and sign the booking form, thereby accepting on behalf of all other party members these booking conditions.

2. Payment
The balance of rent (payable to KERARGON) and damage deposit of £200 (payable to L.L.COLLINS) is payable 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. If payment is not received by that date the Owner reserves the right to give notice that the booking is cancelled. The client will remain liable to pay the balance of the rent if the Owner is not able to re-let the Property. Bookings made within eight weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.
3. Damage/security deposit
The client is fully responsible to the third parties involved, including the owner, for any damages and/or losses to the property and belongings of that third party, which occur within the duration of the holiday. However, the damage deposit shall not limit the client's liability to the owner. You are required to leave the property cleaned and if furniture has been moved during your stay, please move back as found on arrival. If the property is not left clean, the owner reserves the right to make a deduction from the damage/security deposit. Deposits are cashed and returned within 1 week of departure.
4. Rental period
The rental period shall commence at 4.30pm on the first day and finish at 10.00 a.m. on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain after the time stated (in both cases unless otherwise agreed by the Owner).
5. Accommodation
All the accommodation and services are solely for the use of those people named on the booking form. The maximum sleeping capacity must not be exceeded.
6. Insurance
We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your property suffered during your stay at Kerargon, so we recommend that you purchase appropriate insurance, to include personal injury and cancellation cover.
7. English law
This contract shall be governed by English Law in every particular and shall be deemed to have been made in England. Any proceedings arising out of or in conjunction with this contract may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in England.
